How long until the pack is up and running?
Usually one week after the first payment and receipt of your information (catalogue, prices, opening hours).
Do I need a special WhatsApp number?
We use your existing WhatsApp Business number or a new dedicated one. We advise you on the best option and handle the setup.
Are there monthly fees?
The pack is a one-off payment. Only possible WhatsApp API fees (depending on conversation volume) and an optional maintenance contract may be added. We present them clearly before starting.
I’m outside Côte d’Ivoire, is that possible?
Yes. Everything is done remotely, anywhere in Africa. The price is the same everywhere, in US dollars.
Which tasks can be automated?

How does payment work?
